Patient Service Representative

Emily Leverett is from Warner Robins, Georgia. She graduated from Middle Georgia State University in July 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Emily joined the AOA team in March 2016 after moving to the Athens area. Her duties include greeting and checking in patients, answering the phone and triaging calls, managing electronic patient charts, and scheduling and confirming appointments. Since joining the team, her role has expanded to include managing physician referrals as well as assisting with patient satisfaction. Emily is a mother to her daughter, Ruby and her dog, Bindi! She enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her friends and family!
