Audiologist

Emma LoBianco grew up in Staten Island, New York, but has called Georgia home since 2006. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders in 2015 from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. She then attended East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee to pursue her doctorate degree in Audiology. While there, she had training in a variety of clinical settings including the university clinic, private audiology practices, private ENT practices, and the VA hospital in Johnson City. During the last year of her graduate program, she completed her externship at Kaiser Permanente in Atlanta, Georgia where she gained valuable experiences working with children and adults for various audiologic services and testing. At AOA, Emma performs diagnostic testing, fits hearing aids, and performs vestibular testing. She enjoys working with each individual patient to achieve his or her personal hearing goals through the use of counseling, education, and amplification. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and going for walks with her dog!
